How are fruit baskets shipped? Fruit baskets are shipped Monday through Thursday. Any gift, including fresh fruit or perishable fruit products must be shipped overnight. We do not ship fruit baskets via ground service. There are no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday. 3. How are your gift baskets shipped? Gift baskets are shipped Monday through Thursday. How are shipping rates determined? Shipping rates are determined by package weight and applicable FedEx or UPS charges. 5. Do you ship baskets to P.O. Boxes? No, we do not ship baskets to P.O. Boxes. 6. When will my gift basket be delivered? Your gift basket will be ready for shipment 24 hours after we receive your order. 7. Can I send a message with my gift? Yes. When you place your order, you can send a personalized greeting to your gift recipient. We will print your message on a Gourmet Gift Baskets For All Seasons card that we attach to your package. 8. Do you send wine with a gift basket? No, we do not send wine. Due to interstate wine shipping laws, we only ship sparkling apple cider and non-alcoholic beverages with our baskets. 9. Do you make substitutions in your baskets? Yes, we make substitutions from time to time with items of equal or greater value to ensure freshness and timeliness. We also reserve the right to use a basket or container of comparable quality to the one pictured. 12. What credit cards do you accept? To place your order, you must use a valid credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 13. Is it safe to use my credit card to place an order when using your Web site? Our Web site uses www.authorize.net for secure online order and payment processing. Authorize.net protects the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input. If I am not satisfied with my purchase, what steps can I take? We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the gift basket you ordered, please e-mail us at ralph@allseasonsgiftbasket.com , to request a return authorization number. The gift basket must either be unopened, or if opened, the individual components must be sealed/unopened and in saleable condition. We will credit the originally charged credit card for 100% of the purchase price plus applicable taxes. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. Perishable baskets are not returnable or refundable.
